Along with training and experience, special tools are one of the essential keys to becoming a master camera technician.
Service tools are becoming scarce. My advice remains the same: Buy what is available now.
ARRI 16SR Service Tools
ARRI Special Tool Kit for Arriflex 16SR Service
This is the set of ARRI special tools required to service the Arriflex 16SR, 16SR-II, and 16SR Highspeed variants. Most of these tools are also suited to service the Arriflex 16SR3. These are the tools required to perform a full overhaul of a 16SR series camera.
These are the same tools I used to service 16SR cameras for over 20 years, including Super 16 conversions.

Grayed out items are not included. Modern equivalents to the pictured torque wrench (used obsolete units) and surface plate are included.
ARRI produced very few of these tools, as they preferred to keep all service in-house.
Note: If you wish to fully service the 16SR series cameras, you will need an autocollimator system and test lens to adjust viewing screen (ground glass) focus.
